    Aside from focusing on something so petty and insignificant since there can
    be no doubt what she means here, you are actually incorrect yourself.
    Inhale and exhale are verbs, and she is referring to the breath itself,
    which is a noun. She would have to say “on the inhalation” and the
    exhalation, which sounds even more awkward. I am a native English speaker,
    and did not find this the least bit distracting. Why not comment on the
    instruction itself, instead of criticizing such a minor point?

    is that a serious question? besides toning your body and strengthaning it,
    its also good for deep relaxation, breath control, stress releas and
    endurance. sexual stimulant, to energize the body and focus the mind. for
    me, i do it for the breath, how it opens up my lungs and how my whol body
    feels coming out of a slow controled movement and how my breath rushes thru
    my whol body

    cardio 3x a week, weight training 3x a week, yoga every day. that way you
    optimize each workout because you dont need to be doing cardio every day or
    weights every day. and with yoga every day your body will be in pretty
    great shape. you could cut your time down to one hour that way. cause when
    your a responsible adult, you do alot of running around in a day as it is ;)

    Yoga is amazing! If you really want to connect your body and mind, become
    more flexible and look your very best, you can do it through yoga. There´s
    no other seriese of movements that does as much for your “whole” body…
